Licensed General Contractor in the Roaring Fork Valley.

For 20 years I have been a Partner and Owner of Kaegebein Fine Homebuilding, LLC.

While establishing Kaegebein Fine Homebuilding, I worked as a carpenter and site superintendent on structures ranging from 2,500 sf to 15,000 sf. This blended background allowed me to develop my role into logistics management and site maintenance/management.  I currently manage these aspects for 10–15 ongoing residential and commercial projects. The support brought by this role allows project-specific site superintendents to focus on the construction of their structures.

As an Owner of Kaegebein Fine Homebuilding with an extensive construction background, I bring another set of eyes daily to each project. This ensures a quality product is delivered within the required schedule on every project.
