For 20 years I have owned and operated Kaegebein Fine Homebuilding. I started in the construction industry as a carpenter and have grown a small framing company into a large General Contracting business specializing in high end residential work. Our current staff includes 23 personnel and we have done annual volume exceeding $50,000,000 a year in work flow.

We have delivered over 250,000 SF of custom construction to a variety of happy customers. I specialize in customer relations with a thorough understanding of all aspects of high-end residential work. I have built homes ranging from 2500 SF to 20,000 SF. I have run large infrastructure projects and dealt with all major aspects of governmental entities from the Federal government to the local municipalities. I have strong relationships with Pitkin County and Aspen building departments. I am professional, honest and friendly. I enjoy the process of developing projects with the many design consultants that are involved.
